A good stretch of weather means haying around here! Today was good, I spent 4 hours on the tractor tedding the hay. My Farmer and his awesome crew processed 150 pastured chickens, kids rode bikes and swung in in the hay loft. Happy CSAers and customers picked up their veggies and picked flowers and herbs.
It was a hot and muggy day today. I had given one of our interns a ride up the hill to the barn space they stay in and of course my kids had to climb out the of the van to visit with some of their favorite friends, whose mom just happens to be one
